This easy vegan poppy seed dressing recipe is sweet, tangy, and a bit savory. All it takes is a mixing bowl and a whisk.
Two things…
- ・Agave is 1.5 times sweeter than sugar. Because this recipe uses agave, it requires significantly less sweetener than some other poppy seed dressing recipes.
- ・Want a creamy poppy seed salad dressing? Swap out the olive oil for ⅓ cup vegan mayonnaise. And then, only add 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar. Follow the rest of the recipe as written.
This recipe make ~2/3 cup. Keep stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. I’ve always used it within 2-3 days, but at all times, use your best judgment with any leftovers. Enjoy on salads, coleslaw, pasta salad and more.
